The dataset from Chybicki et al. (2012) included 66 trees genotyped at 5 microsatellite markers. The dataset from this study included 30 trees genotyped at 18 microsatellite markers. As a measure of kinship, the Nason kinship coefficient was used (Loiselle et al., 1995).
