The spatial genetic structure within the Czersk population assessed based on two different data sets. The dataset from Chybicki et al. (2012) included 66 trees genotyped at 5 microsatellite markers. The dataset from this study included 30 trees genotyped at 18 microsatellite markers. As a measure of kinship, the Nason kinship coefficient was used (Loiselle et al., 1995). Limits of the 95% confidence interval for a random spatial genetic structure were computed based on 10,000 random permutations of tree positions using INEST 2.2 software (Chybicki and Burczyk 2009)
